9:00–10:00 a.m. — Historical Walking Tours
Free 20- to 30-minute guided tours of the Sun Yat-sen Trail in Honolulu Chinatown depart every 15 minutes. Pre-registration is required.
10:00 a.m. — Lei-Draping Ceremony
Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Park, Bethel and Hotel Streets, next to Hawaiʻi Theatre. Representatives of government, Chinese societies, and community organizations will participate. The public is invited.
10:30 a.m. — Historic Site Walk & Mural Unveiling
Attendees will walk to the site of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s first public speech at Maunakea Marketplace for the unveiling of the new mural. The public is invited.
11:30 a.m. — 160th Anniversary Banquet
Hawaiʻi Dim Sum & Seafood Restaurant, Second Floor, 111 North King Street, Honolulu.
